The Gionee A1 is an impressive smartphone that boasts of all round decent features. The 5.5-inch display device runs latest Android 7 Nougat under the hood, with an octa-core Helio P10 processor clocking at 2.0 GHz, Mali-T860 graphics processor, and 4 GB of RAM, it’s performance is great with no trace of lagging so it’s perfect for running multiple apps simultaneously in what we call “multitasking”.
Like every other flagship and great smartphones, we usually run a Benchmark test to see how powerful the phone is especially in terms of performance. So here we have both the Geekbench and the Benchmark test scores for you.
- Gionee A1 Benchmark Tests
We know you are itching to find out how well it performs in real life. Unfortunately, you have to wait for our full review to find out. In the meantime, we did the next best thing: we took the A1 through our battery of benchmark tests. Here are the results:
- Geekbench 4: 741 Single-Core; 3017 Multi-Core
- AnTuTu 6: 49,369
The Helio P10 processor is not cutting edge anymore in 2017 (it is over a year old now) and was designed to make the best of battery life, so is not exactly a power horse. The above benchmark results are good, though we wouldn’t mind a little more Ooomph in the A1.
When we are done throwing everything at the Gionee A1 in the next few days, we will give our verdict on how well it performs in real use. Stick around for all our feature articles and finally a review of the Gionee A1. Tell your friends and network.
